For our X-MAS Edition we use wonderfully chocolaty and nutty Arabica beans from Brazil. These high-quality beans are low in acid and are drum-roasted regionally for you slowly and gently in the edelweiss roastery.

Processing/taste: "Washed" full-bodied, creamy, chocolate, brownie and nougat
Preparation: filter, fully automatic machine and portafilter
